The Brotmann Law Group offers a wide range of legal services, concentrating in residential and commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, corporate and commercial matters. We represent start-up and established companies especially in the middle market range of  $1MM- $50MM in the tri-state region. It has been our experience that middle market businesses are truly underserved. Yet, these businesses have substantial legal needs-whether in commercial law or civil litigation and may not be getting the appropriate attention level needed when dealing with larger legal firms. The Brotmann Law Group provides the appropriate and necessary legal resources to enable companies to flourish in a competitive business environment.

We handle hundreds of real estate closings each year representing buyers, sellers and numerous lending institutions. Therefore, we are able to facilitate resolutions of even the most complex legal issues. We regularly serve as lecturers on such topics as “Fundamentals of Real Estate Transactions,” “Real Estate Finance,” and “Representing a Commercial Client.” Our proficiency and excellent reputation in the legal community is widely recognized and accounts for the increasing number of referrals we receive every year. We are licensed by the State of New York Department of Education as an approved provider of continuing education credits for licensed real estate brokers and salespeople.

In addition to our legal activities, community involvement is a fundamental principal of our firm and we are involved with numerous legal and charitable organizations. Andrew currently serves on the Board of Directors of the White Plains Bar Association and recently completed a six-year term as a Judge on the White Plains City Court where he authored numerous published decisions. Stephen is Past President of the Northern Westchester Bar Association and Past President of the Westchester Chapter of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America.
